We would like to share an update regarding the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Networks of Expertise to support peer-to-peer learning through PLD.

Further to our updates of 6 December and 31 January, the timing of the 2024 NEX RFP has been changed, allowing Te Poutāhū to align its work programme with Government priorities, such as ‘Teaching the Basics Brilliantly’ and the ‘Literacy Guarantee’.

The exact timing of the RFP has not yet been confirmed. Further advice will be forthcoming.

In the meantime, Te Poutāhū has further extended the existing NEX funding agreements and Kahu Pūtoi funding agreements until 30 June 2024.

This ensures continuity of support for teachers and kaiako.

Further updates will be provided as we are able to through our usual channels. If you have any questions, please email Christopher.Henckel@education.govt.nz and cc  MOE.Procurement@education.govt.nz.
